Terms and Conditions

• Sessions will be timed, starting at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early with your outfit prepared. This allows for a smooth transition into the session and helps ensure that we can make the most of our time together. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Extra pictures selected beyond what is included in the photography package will incur an additional fee of $20 for each individual image.

• No unedited images can be provided, as our policy is to deliver only fully retouched and professionally curated photographs to our clients. This ensures that every image meets our high standards and accurately represents our artistic vision. Thank you for your understanding.

• Due to high demand and the number of reservations, we will not be able to offer flexibility regarding delays. If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will be automatically canceled and the deposit made will be lost. In the event that the customer is late between 8 and 15 minutes, an additional fee of $30 will be applied. We appreciate your understanding so that we can offer optimal service to all our clients.

• The editing service for your photographs will typically take approximately one to two weeks for the final images to be delivered to you through a secure private gallery.

• Las sesiones serán cronometradas, comenzando a la hora prevista. Por favor llegue al menos 5 minutos antes con su equipo preparado. Esto permite una transición fluida a la sesión y ayuda a garantizar que podamos aprovechar al máximo nuestro tiempo juntos. 

• Las imágenes adicionales seleccionadas más allá de lo incluido en el paquete de fotografía generarán una tarifa adicional de $20 por cada imagen individual.

• No se pueden proporcionar imágenes sin editar, ya que nuestra política es entregar solo fotografías completamente retocadas y seleccionadas profesionalmente a nuestros clientes. Esto garantiza que cada imagen cumpla con nuestros altos estándares y represente con precisión nuestra visión artística. 

• Debido a la alta demanda y la cantidad de reservas, no podremos ofrecer flexibilidad en cuanto a tardanzas. Si el cliente llega más de 15 minutos tarde, la sesión se cancelará automáticamente y se perderá el depósito realizado. En caso de que el cliente llegue tarde entre 8 y 15 minutos, se aplicará una tarifa adicional de $30. Agradecemos su comprensión para poder ofrecer un servicio óptimo a todos nuestros clientes.

• El servicio de edición de sus fotografías normalmente tardará aproximadamente de una a dos semanas hasta que le lleguen las imágenes finales a través de una galería privada segura.
